A Current Affair

A Current Affair used to be pretty good, well compared to Today/Tonight. They must have a new news editor because the content for the past year has been absolute crap. It amazes me that Tracey Grimsure (who is probably the best host of a current affairs show, excluding Kerry O'Brien) can stick it out, the content must surely nauseate her. The Roberta Williams stuff was just mind boggling bad, and doing commercials under the guise of news is surely a slap in the face to real journos (if there are any left).

The Federal Opposition

What a con job. The Liberal/National coalition cause grief for all Australians over a period of 11 years and complain when Kevin Rudd hasn't fixed it in 1 year. The coalition would have you believe that Kevin Rudd is the problem so they can get back in and continue to screw the Australian people. They played the same con on Gough Whitlam except then they said that he moved too fast, now they say Kevin is moving too slow. Hypocrites! The way the coalition worked was to screw the country for two years and then use some of the money they had extorted to fund election promises. Very moral! I just hope that the vast majority of Australians can see through the lies and deception of the Federal Opposition.
